The class will cover the following:-
Standing Position
Learn how to maintain a proper standing position to improve balance and control. This will help you navigate rough terrains and obstacles more effectively, ensuring you stay agile on the bike.
Braking Skills
It’s super important to know how to brake efficiently and safely. You’ll learn the correct front and rear braking techniques, allowing you to stop quickly while maintaining stability and control.
How to Pick Up a Bike
Everyone drops their bike when they’re first starting. Learn how to lift your bike correctly to prevent injury and get back on track quickly. We'll cover techniques that make it easier to handle a fallen bike, regardless of its weight or size.
Intro to MX training
This class is perfect for riders who don’t have a lot of experience in the sport. This class will cover the basics and help you get to know your bike and keep it safe.

Braking Skills
Knowing how to brake is crucial for maintaining control and preventing accidents. We’ll teach you the proper techniques to effectively use front and rear brakes, helping you stop smoothly and safely.
How to Corner Properly
Learn how to enter into corners with confidence. We'll focus on body positioning, throttle control, and the right lines to take so you can navigate turns faster and more efficiently without losing grip.
How to Get Over That Jump!
Want to get some air? We show you how to approach jumps with the right speed and technique. You’ll learn how to use your body and the bike to achieve lift, making those jumps feel exhilarating and safe.

Class Sizes: | Class sizes will be limited to make sure each rider gets individual coaching, there is a max of 10 riders to each coach. |
